MR. NICK IERFINO, CPA, CA
CFO and Director
Mr. Ierfino brings over 40 years of experience in public accounting. He has held positions in large international public accounting firms, where he specialized in areas of audit and insolvency. He has also been a VP Finance for an international corporation and is involved with several not-for-profit organizations.
MR. PETER D’UVA
Secretary-Treasurer and Director
Mr. D’Uva has over 30 years of experience in the Ontario utility industry, where he held several senior positions with Toronto Hydro. He has an accounting and business management background and currently is a consultant with expertise in intergenerational transfer of assets and protection of wealth of family businesses
DR. RICHARD BOWER
VP Business Development and Director
Dr. Bower is a developer, owner and operator of renewable energy and sustainable advanced technology companies. He served as a Senior Executive in the Federal government for over 20 years, with positions as Director General International Affairs, Director General Industrial Innovation and Director CANDA Marketing Secretariat in Industry Canada, Senior Policy Advisor in the Privy Council and Counselor Science & Technology at the Canadian Embassy in Japan. He holds a Ph.D in Physics from Princeton University.
MR. AARON ROTENBERG
President
Aaron Rotenberg was at the forefront of the Ontario FIT Program in 2010. In conjunction with the teams at Ozz and Sky Solar, Mr. Rotenberg helped secure over 50% of the rooftop projects for Ontario FIT1 RT (2010), Ontario FIT2 RT (2013), Ontario FIT3 RT GM (2014) and Ontario FIT4 (2015). Mr. Rotenberg facilitated the introduction and management of over 100 industrial, commercial and residential landlords in the Ontario market resulting in the development and installation of over 500 Projects. Most recently a major focus has been projects to help develop the hydrogen superhighway along with wind and EV charging projects, worldwide. Aaron currently manages a diverse family portfolio of real estate assets across North America and Africa.
